Matthew Miller
Executive Vice President
Matthew Miller is a co-founder of the Company and is our Executive Vice President. He was the President and a Director of SpineMedica Corp., in Atlanta, Georgia, which he co-founded with Steve Gorlin in October 2005. He and Mr. Gorlin formed the company and raised the initial capital of $10.6 million and hired management. He also has been a Vice President for Gorlin Companies, LLC and DARA BioSciences since 2003. His previous positions include Vice President for co.don® AG and President of co.don's U.S. division. Mr. Miller lead co.don's IPO on the German DAX exchange (symbol CND.AG, Neuer Markt) and expanded operations throughout Europe, the U.S., and Singapore. Mr. Miller has also held various senior positions with Zimmer Holdings, Inc., Biomet, Inc., and Linvatec/Hall Surgical, a division of Conmed Corporation. Mr. Miller holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, Lindner School of Management and a Master's Degree in English Rhetoric.
